I have offices in both Dublin and Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford. I am available for appointments from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. Flexible appointments are also available on request. A GP referral is not required, and appointments can be made directly with myself. Please note that you must be over the age of 18 to partake in these counselling sessions.
Sessions are held once a week at a mutually agreed time in either my Dublin or Enniscorthy offices. With counselling, there are no particular guidelines as to how many sessions someone may need. I usually see someone for an initial six sessions, and then will conduct a mutual review of our progress to determine how best to proceed.
A counselling session generally lasts around fifty minutes to an hour and the cost is €50 per session. I only offer counselling to individuals, and do not provide group or couples’ counselling. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer concessions to Medical Card holders.
Please note: 24 hour’s notice must be given if you are unable to attend a session. The session will then be rescheduled for a later date. No refunds will be given.
